All Hands is a new American seafood restaurant located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with a focus on sustainable, market-driven ingredients. At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Pete Lipson, who combines products from local fisheries, farmers’, and artisans to create seasonally inspired dishes. All Hands also features a thoughtful wine list and a creative custom cocktail menu.
With two floors and two bars, All Hands is an excellent location for large groups and solo diners alike. Also, offering private dining, which makes it the perfect venue for all varieties of celebrations and special events.
All Hands was co-founded by Craig Shillitto, Gideon Klein, and Jay Lehman, who partnered with Luis Rodriguez and Robert Palombo of the construction firm The Palombo Group to develop the project. It was conceived around the property at 29 Dunham Place, and designed by Craig Shillitto. The Palombo Group sought to respect the character of the existing building while fitting out the new elements into a cohesive space.
